Memories Stephen Stepanian's Obituary
'Stephen "Stepy" Stepanian, of Summerville, SC, husband of 64 years to Josephine Webster Stepanian, passed away March 15, 2013.
Stephen was born on October 11, 1923 in North Providence, RI son of the late Ohannes Stepanian and Yefkin Balian Stepanian.
He retired as a Lt. Col. from the United States Air Force serving thirty two years. Mr. Stepanian was a single seater fighter pilot for thirteen years and then became Chief of Maintenance of his Wing for the remainder of his career. He served in World War II, The Korean Conflict and the Vietnam War.
Stephen was an active member of Summerville Baptist Church.
Surviving, in addition to his wife of 64 years, are two daughters, grandchildren, and sister.'
