Lt. Harbert was downed in northern Holland close to the German border.  It is unknown exactly what happened to him.  His body was never recovered.  Lt. Harbert's name is on the Wall of the Missing, Cambridge American Military Cemetery, Cambridge, England. He entered the service from Washington.
